We need buyer agents and will offer qualified leads to someone willing to work hard and represent our buyers with the commitment we at Stonehurst expect. Stonehurst Realty prides itself on its personal representation. We are not an RE mill or a franchise. We represent our friends, family and anyone who needs a good Realtor with all the tools at our disposal. We are internet savvy and use the internet constantly. As a buyer rep, you will need to be constantly monitoring the mls and any other means of obtaining new listing notifications, price changes, etc. You will have a high level of integrity and "love" your job!!
Listing Agents and REO agents are also needed. If you are ready to plunge in and work for yourself and your clients, and receive the emotional and monetary benefits that a high work ethic brings, then drop us a line for a personal and confidential interview.
*You must either be, or apply for membership in, the MLS, KWAOR, RIAR, NAR, carry E&O insurance, pay your mls dues, advertising, etc. However, we offer tremendous commission splits and the ability to make your own hours.
